For in- stock orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time our standard shipping is 3-4 business days. For orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time, the rule above is not guaranteed. In case of a delay, you will receive a call or an e-mail with a complete update on your order. Please note that orders placed after business hours or on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next full business day. Overnight Delivery is available within the Continental United States by special request only.

Do you ship internationally? Does Aaraa ship internationally? Yes. International orders can be placed through our International Checkout which can be selected during the regular checkout process. What is your return policy? For your shopping convenience, we offer a 7-Day Return on our non-customized merchandise. The date should be counted from the date you received an item. The item(s) must be unused, unaltered and returned with the original packaging. Credits are issued within 10 business days of receipt. It is at Aaraa.com’s complete discretion whether an item should be refunded or not. You should notify immediately after receiving the item your intention to return the item. If you want an item to be returned and refunded you should also notify us the reason to do so. A return authorization number MUST be obtained from us, and this number MUST appear outside of the box. Returns cannot be accepted without such authorization. For your safety, please send your item INSURED and request a RETURN RECEIPT. We cannot issue credit on items that have not been received by us. Do you customize items? Yes we do. Especially beds spread and cushion covers you can chose the colors of your taste using the Pantone Color Chart. We will need a 6 to 8 weeks period to ship the items. To place an order we will need an advanced payment which will be 50% of the original item. PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
